New York - A bite of the big apple
Chambers
Chambers is located on West 56th Street, in the heart of the Fifth Avenue retail district. A seamless fusion of uptown luxury and downtown cool, Chambers has established itself as one of New York's most alluring and chic hotels.
Tucked gracefully inside Chambers is TOWN, a sleek two-story restaurant, owned by Executive Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. Due in part to his meteoric rise through some of New York's hottest restaurants (Patroon, 44 at Royalton, and 21) Geoffrey has been described by The New York Times as having his "finger on the pulse of Manhattan." Town is his first restaurant as Chef/Owner.

Award-Winning Chef, Marcus Samuelsson, from New York City's famed Aquavit, brings his unique blend of American and Japanese cuisines to Riingo, the stylish, upbeat restaurant and bar.
Royalton
Morgans Hotel Group commissioned Roman and Williams, the New York design firm, to re-create Royalton’s legendary lobby as a crossroads for international travelers and the New York elite. The design – simultaneously sophisticated and complex – juxtaposes an icy cast-glass vestibule and brutalist steel and brass furnishings with soft suede upholstery, thick leather walls and hide-covered chairs to create a dark, sexy and luxurious space.
Restaurateur, John McDonald, creator of the acclaimed Lever House and Lure Fishbar has furnished Royalton two new meccas for conversation and cuisines: Brasserie 44, an intimate 100 seat restaurant with a modern American Menu comprised of fresh seasonal foods and Bar 44, the reincarnation of Royalton’s legendary Round Bar, featuring bar and pre-theater menus. The restaurant has been treated with a lighter touch by Roman and Williams, with arches made of rope, groups of glowing glass globes and honeyed teak walls and banquettes.
Plaza Athenee
Nestled among the residences of the fashionable East Side of Manhattan, on a quiet tree-lined street, this charming boutique hotel is just a stroll away from Central Park, Madison Avenue shopping, museums and business areas. Arabelle is the stunning backdrop for Chef Koutrakos's modern American cuisine. This elegant gold-domed room with murano glass and brass chandeliers combines a touch of Europe and Asia. The chiffon colored walls with murals of pagodas and faux conservatory windows create a serene and soothing mood.Bar Seine, voted "Best Spot for Romance" by the NY Post in February 2004 is famous for its exotic atmosphere and eclectic décor.
