Spectacular Vatican museums and private Sistine Chapel tour – This tour is devoted to the Vatican Museums, where the world’s most important art collections are housed. This visit explores the key galleries containing hundreds of masterpieces collected over the centuries by the Popes. The major highlight is a visit to the celebrated Sistine Chapel, the only place where you can admire Michelangelo as a fresco painter. If budget allows we can make this a private visit!
Shots around Rome with a professional photographer – On this adventure, Rome, undoubtedly one of the most visually stimulating cities in the world, will allow you to refine your artistic eye and strengthen your powers of observation. A professional photographer will introduce you to techniques designed to develop your photographic skills with famous backdrops like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and the Roman Piazza di Spagna. Culture and culinary walking tour – Enjoy a lovely and relaxing guided walk through the little, inner streets of Rome visiting monuments of immeasurable beauty and importance. While walking through those streets experience the historic atmosphere with stops along the way to taste delicious Italian dishes and famous Italian white and red wines at the three bars/restaurant, selected as rest points during the tour.
Culinary and wine experience at Citta del Gusto with lunch – Upon arrival at Città del Gusto, overlooking the Tiber, guests will be divided into two groups. One part will participate in the cooking lesson, the other group enjoy a wine tasting and tutorial.
Designer discount shopping – Visit new Castel Romano outlet mall in Rome. The designer mall offers discounted prices on some of Italy’s best fashion houses, offering the highest quality garments from previous season or surplus production at up to 70% off!
Fresco or mosaic lesson and production – Based at the Nazareno College, one of Rome’s oldest Institutions, you will be coached by masters and given all the tools to crate a true masterpiece. Either working on a Fresco or Mosaic get inspiration by viewing works of the Grand Masters. All productions will be delivered to your hotel with prizes for the winners.
Go karting at Pista D’oro in Tivoli – Located in Bagni di Tivoli the Pista d’Oro Kartodrome is 30 minutes from Rome and is regarded as one of the best circuits in the world. Follow in the footsteps of Andrea De Cesaris, Emanuele Pirro and Giancarlo Fisichella who have cut their teeth at this circuit.
Visit to Bulgari with a Gem Specialist and Stone Lesson – At the world famous Bulgari Shop, enjoy a private lesson on precious stones and a tour of the beautiful Bulgari store. One of the Bulgari gem-specialists will do a brief demonstration and explanation on how special gems are recognized and cut. After the brief lesson you will have time to gather in the shop, look at the jewels, try some on, dream and perhaps buy!
Cooking competition at restaurant La Fattoria – La Fattoria, in the Roman countryside is a great location for a team cooking competition under the supervision of a gifted Italian chef. At the end of the competition, enjoy the relaxing atmosphere while tasting the dishes prepared by the various teams. A jury will award the best dish.
Painting competition – Based in Piazza Navona, Rome’s hub, split into pairs and armed with easel, canvas, brushes, colours and palettes capture the vibrancy and history around you. It is a lot of fun. Some of the guests will get seriously involved in their creative and secret talent. Others will just take it lightly and reproduce funny fictional scenes.
Horse and carriage tour – This is an easy and fun way to visit the city. Admire the most important sites of the city while guides explain the history and significance of each monument. You will also have a chance to relax for a while at a typical café to enjoy an Italian coffee.
Flight around Rome – If you are looking for something very unique and particular, then we suggest arranging a panoramic tour of Rome and its surroundings via small planes. Fly over the Capital city at about 450 meters admiring the streets, monuments and the villas as well as the Tevere river.
Road rally – Designed to let you experience the majestic Roman countryside and armed with Polaroid camera, log book, map and ‘panic envelope’ this leisurely day out allows you to visit the key landmarks and landscapes. You will need to return with pictures of each site and mystery prizes are on offer.
