Riad Farnatchi

Created from three small riads, this sensual oasis of calm in the heart of Marrakech's throbbing Medina and is the creation of award-winning British hotelier Jonathan Wix. It feels like you've stepped into a beautiful individual private house. The first of the two courtyards is dominated by a bubbling seven metre pool scattered with rose petals. Each of the five suites has its own unique character, locally made furniture combine with sleek lighting and crisp decor to create a cool, comfortable space. Each has satellite flat-screened TV, stereo CD players, internet connection - there's even a selection of DVDs and CDs.

Riad Farnatchi has its own Berber cook who creates each individually-created menu, while the roof garden has a barbecue and sunloungers.  There is a beautiful white marble hammam where you can enjoy a Turkish bath or massage. Riad Dama

Riad Dama is a true haven of peace nestled away in the very heart of Marrakech’s legendary Jema El Fna square. It is traditionally Moroccan, with light earthy colours, beautiful tree lined courtyard, arches and terrace, but the management and staff provide a more cosmopolitan feel. Riad Ayadina

Formerly part of the Ayadi Palace, this magnificent 19th-century Riad stands alongside the ramparts of Marrakesh.

Not so long ago the Caïd Ayadi (1880-1964) lived here with his courtesans, his harem of twenty wives, and his many children.

Located a few minutes away from the La Palmeraie this fine residence stands just ten yards away from the historic Bab El Ayadi gate. The Riad can accommodate between 2 and 20 guests.

You can relax beside the jacuzzi swimming-pool, on a terrace planted with olive-trees and bougainvillea, and enjoy an unbeatable view over the Red City of Marrakesh and the snow-covered Mount Atlas. The restaurant serves an inventive and delicate cuisine.

Riad Dar Donab

Riad Kais

Kasbah Agafay

This grand residence consisting of 20 rooms, each uniquely decorated and furnished with every modern comfort and luxury, offers a private and peaceful place to stay.
