A night in the Loire Valley – A couple of hours from Paris is home to the finest array of Chateaux in France: Over 300 in total including the famous Château de Villandry and Chenonceau. Michelin star restaurant – Les Ambassadeurs, Jean-François Piège, Michel Rostang, Guy Martin at Le Grand Véfour and Hélène Darroze are all names on the Paris restaurant scene that demonstrate that some of the best and most inventive cuisine in the world is based in Paris. For small groups most of the top restaurants are available – larger groups can be a problem.
Museums and art – Paris has something for every taste and indeed time you have available. Let us know what the groups interests and we will find a suitable experience for you.
Da Vinci Code – The novel by Dan Brown “The Da Vinci Code” takes place in Paris and this tour follows the steps of Prof. Langdon and Sophie Neuveu from the Ritz to the Louvre, US Embassy, St. Sulpice church and many other locations in Paris. Your Private guide will also provide information about Paris, the monuments and of course, a visit to the Louvre.
Versailles – Louis XIV’s magnificent Palace of Versailles lies some 20km to the southwest of Paris and it remains one of the most impressive buildings of its age. Work began in 1664, with the architect Le Vau and the great landscape designer Le Notre beginning work that was not to be completed until 1715, shortly before Louis’ death. Today it captivates with its magnificent treasures and gardens. During the summer occasional music shows and fireworks can be enjoyed in this stunning setting.
Euro Disney – It doesn’t matter whether children are included or not a day or two in the Magic Kingdom never fails to satisfy .
The Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe – France’s premier horse race attracts thoroughbreds and racing enthusiasts from all over the world. This is a terrific day out and as part of a weekend in Paris, where you can combine shopping and gastronomy. You will be taken to Longchamps Racecourse by private transfer, receive a glass of champagne on arrival, have lunch including wine and coffee in the Panoramic Restaurant with its great views overlooking the racecourse.
