Northern Lights Artic Adventure

Combining the best place in the world to see the Northern lights with, Husky dog sledging, snowmobile safaris, and a visit to the world famous IceHotel.

DAY 1: Fly to Kiruna via Helsinki. Snowmobile safari to wilderness camp.

Arrive in Kiruna, Swedish Lapland and be met at the airport where you will be kitted out with your complimentary Arctic Clothing.Start your Northern Lights adventure off at the airport with a snowmobile safari through the wilderness and over frozen rivers and lakes to a wilderness cabin for your overnight stay, where you have a good chance of seeing the Northern Lights. A delicious 3 course dinner will be cooked at the cabin by the guide.

DAY 2: Snowmobile return, tour of the IceHotel, Visit Abisko Skystation for dinner and hopefully Northern Lights show!

After breakfast you will return by Snowmobile to Kiruna and the world famous IceHotel, visiting the Ice Suites, Ice Chapel and of course the Absolut Ice bar. Lunch will be at the old homestead restaurant.

This evening transfer to Abisko skystation widely regarded as the best place in the world to see the Northern Lights. Abisko, a beautiful mountain location near the border between Sweden and Norway is one of the best places to see the Northern Lights due to its unique climate and high percentage of clear nights.You will take the chairlift up Mount Nuolja to the observatory which offers visitors panoramic views over the mountains. During the winter nights when it’s dark, depending on the correct weather conditions, it is possible to see the Northern Lights dancing in the sky around you from this fantastic vantage point. Enjoy a good dinner at the Abisko Mountain Station, hopefully with the Northern Lights on display, prior to returning to the Hotel Arctic Eden in Kiruna late evening. For groups of 12 or above exclusive use of Abisko sky station can be organized.

DAY 3: Mushing your own Sled Dog team,Gala farewell dinner.

Late morning travel out into the wilderness driving your own sled dog team, gliding over frozen lakes and through woods, enjoying the beautiful wilderness scenery around you. You will stop for a well earned wilderness lunch before returning back
to the Arctic Eden hotel.

For the final evening we will organize a private gala dinner at the Old House in Kiruna, a cosy wooden building where our chefs will prepare a gourmet meal allowing you to taste a range of local produce.
